One Clay County's Launch + Leap Business Accelerators are designed to help entrepreneurs start, grow, and strengthen businesses right here in Clay County.
Powered by SOAR Innovation and supported by community partners, the program provides local entrepreneurs with training, mentorship, networking opportunities, and resources to help turn ideas into sustainable businesses.
Two Tracks. One Goal.
Launch is designed for aspiring entrepreneurs who are in the idea or early planning stage of a business. Participants learn how to evaluate opportunities, understand customers, develop business models, and build a roadmap for success.
Leap is designed for existing businesses that are ready to grow, expand services, increase revenue, hire employees, or invest back into the community. Participants receive coaching and tools focused on scaling their operations and preparing for long-term success.

Our inaugural cohort brought together entrepreneurs representing agriculture, food service, retail, arts, tourism, recreation, pet services, and manufacturing. Participants included:

Cohort 2
Building on the success of Cohort 1, One Clay County is excited to launch Cohort 2, an expanded 8-week accelerator program that will provide even more opportunities for learning, mentorship, and business development.
