Elk Hill Fire Pump & Water Infrastructure Upgrade 
1 Clay County, Inc., in partnership with the Clay County Fiscal Court and the Elk Hill Regional Industrial
Authority, is proud to support critical infrastructure improvements at Elk Hill through matching funds for a $1,000,000 KPDI grant.
This investment will completely upgrade the water infrastructure at the Elk Hill Regional Industrial Park.
Phase 1 is scheduled for completion by October 31, 2025.
Once complete, the new system will provide enhanced fire suppression capabilities and a reliable water supply — supporting current operations and fueling future growth in the area.This is progress in action for Clay County!
